The clerk read motions to appoint Dr. Marion Clifton to the Hampton Housing Authority for a first full term through Sept. 30, 2029, reappoint Shelton Tucker to a second term through Oct. 25, 2029, and reappoint Clarissa Wright to a second term through Feb. 28, 2030. On the Board of Zoning Appeals, the clerk requested that the circuit court reappoint Edwin Chip a McCurlin to a second term through March 31, 2031. The Senior Citizens Advisory Committee saw reappointments and a new appointment recorded in the motion. The council called the roll and recorded all votes as Aye.
