Mr. Harris requested an update on the previously discussed street-condition assessment. Public Works Director Hintz reported the City completed a block-by-block assessment using Paserware ratings and said several lower-rated streets are already scheduled for rehabilitation this construction season.
Committee members also discussed whether the City might be eligible for reimbursement from the Montana Department of Transportation for sweeping and maintenance on state highways within city limits; Hintz said he has contacted MDT and is researching potential agreements used by other Montana communities. In a separate agenda item, Interim CAO Chamberlin asked that the Water Code Update be tabled because of current Water Department staffing priorities; a motion to table was made by Christensen, seconded by Larson, and recorded Yea: Christensen, DiFonzo, Larson.
