Hampton schedules community checkpoint for strategic plan with national urbanist as keynote

Staff emphasized that the checkpoint is intended to allow residents to see how stakeholder feedback has been incorporated and to provide further input before the council moves toward adoption. The manager and Deputy City Manager asked council members to provide any feedback before the checkpoint and said staff will incorporate community comment in January–February and aim for council adoption in late February.
