After revisiting the catalytic projects topic, council and commission members agreed to ask staff to distribute a public survey to help determine which projects should be prioritized in future planning and budgeting.
The instruction to prepare and send a survey was the principal outcome of the discussion; no ordinance or budget appropriation was adopted at the session. Next steps noted by staff included drafting the survey and returning with results and possible project phasing options at a future meeting.
