Council authorizes mutual-aid agreement with Auburn police and approves several board appointments

Motions to appoint and reappoint were made, seconded and approved by roll-call with affirmative votes recorded.
Council indicated these actions were routine personnel and intergovernmental matters; the clerk noted that documents will be executed by the authorized officials.
