Elections staff outlines hands-on training, videos and office hours; dates set for late September

The training will include hands-on, mock voting-site setups and videos produced with the public information officer so workers can review material online; staff also said they will hold office hours after training for one-on-one follow-up.
Staff gave specific dates for the sessions: election-worker training is scheduled Sept. 22–26 and judge training Sept. 30–Oct. 1. The presenter said the training materials will include more checklists and images to help chief judges and judges follow procedures on-site and that the Integra software can flag new workers so they can be paired with experienced staff during early voting.
