Town staff presented five bids for a pavement-rejuvenation project for review at the next meeting. Staff member (S1) read the totals aloud, reporting, “Total bid is $51,003.52” for All Star Paving Inc., and noting other bidders included RejuTech Inc. ($44,052.07), CMR Construction ($49,490), Temple and Temple ($51,200), Cal Car Paving, Inc. ($56,204.65) and DC Construction Services Inc. ($86,003.33). Council members confirmed those were all the bids received.
The council asked USI to keep the physical bid packets on file and requested Robert email copies the following morning so the documents remain available for the record. No award was made at the meeting; the council left the bids for staff review and follow-up at a later meeting.
