Village staff reported that the PY39 Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) ranking for Warren County placed the Village’s 4th Street project third in the county, improving its chances of receiving funding in 2025. The project would replace water lines and repave 4th Street if funded.
Separately, staff said Smith Corps intends to begin work on the PY38 Franklin Rd Phase II waterline and repaving project by the end of November. No final funding awards were announced at the meeting.
