DPW Supervisor Eric Johnson reported multiple infrastructure problems including roof leaks at the Administration and Court buildings and recurring ice-related issues at the Dispatch/DHD building. Johnson said Durolast is scheduled to inspect on June 19, 2026, and the county will document ongoing roof failures and pursue warranty discussions with the installer.
The board reached consensus to have DPW initiate RFPs for repair or replacement of rooftop HVAC units at the Department of Health and Human Services building. Johnson also reported completed Rugg Pond repairs, serviced lawn equipment, water-well testing and broken ball-field pipes pending repair; he will follow up with timelines and cost estimates.
