President Mary Lanham said the intent is to allocate surcharge collections into distinct accounts so the village can more clearly track funds and maintenance disbursements. The motion to open both accounts passed on roll call with AYES: Adams, Corwin, DeVoss, Price and Yepsen; Trustee Pratt was absent.
