Sheffield board approves routine bills and resolutions, releases closed-session records

The Village of Sheffield Board on April 8 approved routine administrative actions including the March 11, 2025 regular meeting minutes, closed-session minutes and the April 8, 2025 regular bills and payroll. The motions to adopt the minutes and pay the bills passed on recorded voice votes; the Regular Bills & Payroll motion passed 6-0.
Trustees also approved Resolution R2025-04-08-01 to release closed meeting sessions and Resolution R2025-04-08-02 authorizing destruction of audio recordings of closed meetings. Both resolutions were adopted unanimously, with roll-call votes recorded as AYES: Adams, Corwin, DeVoss, Pratt, Price and Yepsen and NAYS: None. The board returned to the published agenda after briefly moving the WPark Improvement item earlier for an update.
