Board approves January TIF bills; one trustee abstains

Trustee DeVoss moved and Trustee Price seconded a motion to approve the Jan. 14, 2025 TIF bills. The roll call recorded ayes from Adams, Corwin, DeVoss, Price and Yepsen; Trustee Pratt abstained. The motion was recorded as carried with the abstention noted on the record.
The board discussed TIF policy elsewhere on the agenda (see the Cernovich redevelopment item) and indicated the approval of routine TIF bills would not preclude further consideration of redevelopment agreements on future agendas.
