Reinegan said he previously spoke at an earlier meeting and wanted his remarks to be included in the plan's page that summarizes public comment, which he described as missing or marked "to be determined." "I certainly want to be sure that my comments get in there," he told the council. Council proceeded with the consent agenda vote at the meeting; staff did not announce an immediate change to the consent motion in response to Reinegan's request.
