The Loyalton City Council approved business licenses for Magnolia's Microgreens and Apple Valley Insulation at the Nov. 19 meeting; both motions were moved by Councilmember J. Markum and recorded as carried. The council also approved a $100 holiday incentive bonus for employees; City Clerk Kathy LeBlanc will obtain gift certificates.
Mayor Riede reported the city has hired a part-time accounts technician to assist Kelly two days a week at $18.00 per hour; the hire will be reviewed in two weeks. Those personnel and licensing items were approved or reported as routine administrative matters and require staff follow-up for implementation.
