Secretary Jeff Viegut reported during the on-site inspection that property boundaries, road right-of-way, and sanitary facilities were not marked but not relevant to findings. The on-site measurements recorded the house approximately 80 feet from the ordinary high water mark and the proposed roof addition approximately 63 feet from the ordinary high water mark.
