Trustee Luciano moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Chapman seconded; a roll call recorded 'yes' votes from trustees present.
During the consent discussion trustees asked about the status of the Earl Geneva Road project. Public Works replied the project is not complete and still requires sidewalks, landscaping, street lighting and final roadway work. The board approved the full consent package and directed staff to continue project oversight.
