Trustees approved removing Officer Cody Evans from the pension fund, with a last day of employment listed as Dec. 13, 2025. The board also approved adding Officer Lindsey N. Gies effective Dec. 29, 2025, then later approved removing Gies effective Jan. 8, 2026. Separately, trustees approved adding Officer Quinn S. Peplow to the pension fund effective Dec. 29, 2025. All personnel motions were moved, seconded, and recorded as passed with unanimous yea votes on the roll calls shown in the minutes.
