The motion to approve payment of all invoices was moved by Kim Giugler and seconded by Paul Hertzman. A roll‑call vote was recorded with all trustees voting yea; the motion carried. The board also recorded the engagement for affidavit work to be completed for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
