Camden board approves draft District-Wide Safety Plan for public review

The Camden Central School District Board unanimously approved the Draft 2025–2026 District-Wide Safety Plan in accordance with Commissioner’s Regulation 155.17. The minutes state that the final Plan will be reviewed on August 12, 2025 and posted on the district website for public review; comments are to be sent to the Business Office at 51 Third St., Camden, NY 13316.
The approval was made by a motion from Mr. Petrie, seconded by Mrs. Portner, and carried by unanimous vote. The Board recorded that additional updates to the Plan will be determined by the District-Wide Safety Committee and that the posted plan will be open to public comment during the review period.
