Orleans schedules spring cleanup, joins statewide tornado drill

Town Superintendent Daniel Houchin told the council that the Annual Spring Wide Town Clean Up is scheduled for March 23–28 and encouraged residents and business owners to participate in sprucing up Orleans for spring.
Clerk-Treasurer Robert F. Henderson also informed the council that Orleans will participate in Indiana Severe Weather Preparedness Week (March 9–14) and the State-Wide Tornado Drill set for March 10 at 10:15 a.m., providing residents an opportunity to test emergency procedures.
