The Board approved participation in a Questar III BOCES internal audit function services agreement for 2025–2028 that includes 15 FTE audit days annually for a fixed fee schedule: $12,530 (2025–26), $12,890 (2026–27) and $13,265 (2027–28), totaling $38,685. It also approved Bonadio & Co., LLP of Syracuse for external auditing services between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2028 with fixed fees of $26,000 (2025–26), $26,750 (2026–27) and $27,550 (2027–28), totaling $80,300.
The Board designated Community Bank, N.A., Metropolitan Commercial Bank, and NYCLASS as official bank depositories and authorized Ms. Mitchell and Mrs. Karen Jones to conduct financial transactions on behalf of the district. The Queen Central News was named the official newspaper for legal notices, with The Daily Sentinel authorized for any legally required publications.
