The Orleans Town Council met Feb. 19 in regular session and approved the minutes from its January meeting. "J. Noblitt motioned to accept the minutes as presented from January meeting, R. Clark seconded, all in favor," the minutes state.
Council President John H. Lindley later asked that the March 19 meeting start time be moved from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. for that month because of a scheduling conflict; the transcript records the request but does not show a recorded vote on the change. No other substantive motions were recorded before the council adjourned at about 5:43 p.m.
