Kirkland to celebrate Arbor Day after earning fourth Tree City USA designation

Benes also said the Village of Kirkland was officially granted Tree City USA status by the Arbor Day Foundation as of March 26, 2026, marking the village's fourth consecutive year earning the designation. The committee will finalize planting logistics at its next meeting.
