"My name is Michael Dwyer. I live in States Lane," he told the board, later adding, "So there's a big problem with, speeding on States Lane, and it's probably gonna be worse once the park opens." Dwyer asked the board to consider speed bumps, a solar‑powered radar speed sign similar to one on River Crossing, and adding no‑passing markings on River Road near States Lane. Mayor DeBold said staff would follow up with Public Works Director Noriel and seek cost and placement information.
