The board adopted resolution 25R‑1153 honoring Trustee Don Carroll for his four years of service and cited contributions including work on the comprehensive plan update, parks and recreation master plan and establishing the Grand Prairie Water Commission.
The board also adopted resolution 25R‑1154 recognizing Toni for 25 years of service to the village in roles including deputy clerk, acting village clerk and executive assistant; trustees offered personal remarks of thanks during the comment period. As the mayor read the resolution, he said, “Be it further resolved that Don shall carry with him the blessing and gratitude of this village and its residents in all of his future endeavors.” Each resolution will be spread in full upon the village records and a signed copy delivered to the honorees.
