Council President Anthony Colecchi later reported that nine trees were planted at Ninth Street Park on May 3 with about 50 volunteers participating.
Separately, Shawn DeVerse secured a $26,646 grant to install six additional cameras boroughwide; council did not specify installation locations beyond that the borough currently has cameras at Mansfield Bridge and Sixth Street.
