South Fulton restates public-participation deadlines and Form E requirement for rezonings

Staff reiterated that applicants for rezonings, special uses, short-term rentals and modifications must schedule at least one community meeting no more than 5 miles from the subject property, include hearing dates on mailed invitations and provide an audio/video recording of the community meeting. Staff directed applicants to use Form E for post-meeting documentation and offered a planning contact for follow-up; meeting materials listed a planning contact email for follow-up comments.
