Kirkland board asks attorney to draft traffic-control and after-hours reconnection fee ordinances

Trustees directed Attorney Walter to draft an ordinance to impose an Emergency Call Out After Hours Fee of $200 for reconnections requested after the 3 p.m. business-day deadline; Clerk Scidmore will update billing materials and the website after the ordinance is adopted.
