The Findlay Township Zoning Hearing Board approved the minutes of its May 20, 2026 regular meeting at the outset of its June 17 meeting. Chair Amy Kovac moved to approve the minutes as presented; Vice-Chair Celeste Rosen seconded the motion and the vote carried on a unanimous voice vote.
Later in the meeting the board considered Hearing No. 26-11 (Joshua and Holli Leroux) and granted a variance from Section 117.405.6 to permit a front porch encroaching 11 feet into the required front yard at 227 Horseshoe Drive. The board then adjourned at 8:15 p.m. after a motion by Chair Kovac and a second from Vice-Chair Rosen; the adjournment motion passed by unanimous voice vote.
