Code Enforcement Officer Les Hassan updated the board on ongoing enforcement actions and projects.
"The camper on Route 10 is still illegally occupied," Hassan reported, adding that the owner had been unable to replace it with a regular trailer as previously expected. Hassan said he will issue an official notice of non-compliance with building regulations.
Hassan also reported that an Amish medical facility is almost complete. Separately, resident Claude Pietrowicz raised concerns about multiple dilapidated houses with overgrown brush and asked whether code enforcement was citing owners; the transcript records this as a topic the board discussed.
