Transit Director Sonia Serbovich reported July totals of 39,296 service miles and 2,150 passenger trips, noting a 13.63% increase in passenger trips compared with the prior period. The report also listed 76 declined trips and said two ordered vans have not yet arrived.
Board members asked about vehicle delivery and staffing; Serbovich said two vans are still on order and the department continues to recruit drivers, with some employees off sick this month. The board recorded the monthly transit report without objection.
