County approves health-department service contracts and declares Treasurer’s office equipment surplus

The board approved several professional service agreements for the Comanche County Health Department effective July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027: Paula Nunley and Tymika Miller will serve as records control clerks at $19 per hour and Bobby J. England will provide custodian services at $20 per hour. Those items were recorded in the consent agenda.
The board also memorialized approvals for security/monitoring services with Perkins Communication Systems — a short-term May–June term at $45 per month and an annual July–June term at $210 per month to cover remote access, video streaming and CCTV for the new CCHD preparedness facility. Separately, the board declared numerous Treasurer’s office items surplus (multiple Dell OptiPlex computers, scanners and other equipment) and authorized disposal or junking of specified furniture and devices previously declared surplus on May 4, 2026.
