County clerk, assessor and highway budget lines were also adjusted: the Assessor moved multiple small balances (including $480 from M&O and $1,700 from travel) into assessor capital outlay, and CIRB allocations for District 1 included adjustments to CIRB‑MV District 1 M&O totaling $30,451.65 and a smaller $40.94 transfer from leases to M&O.
