The Town Board accepted a resolution recognizing the Eagle Fire Engine & Hose Company roster and received the 2025 annual reports for the Gilbertsville Fire Department and EMS Squad during its May 13 meeting.
Scot Lueck presented the resolution and reported that five members—Bryan Beadle, Joseph Card, Brian Hall, Kyle Short and Nate Tiffany—are undergoing training to become a FAST (Firefighter Assist Search Team). Supervisor Bruce Giuda moved to accept the roster resolution; John Hill seconded and the motion carried.
Lueck also provided the department's 2025 annual reports to the board for the record. The board did not vote on funding or policy changes related to the department at this meeting.
