At 6:54 p.m. on July 6 the South Salt Lake Civilian Review Board voted to recess into a closed-door session to discuss personnel matters. Board Member Conrad Campos moved to enter closed session; Tom Mills seconded and the voice vote was recorded in the affirmative.
The board's written attestation filed with the minutes states the sole purpose of the closed meeting "was to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual or individuals, who is/are an employee or employees of the City of South Salt Lake." The meeting later reconvened and adjourned at 8:04 p.m. after a unanimous roll-call vote to adjourn.
