Vice-Chair Kevin Miller moved to approve the amended reports; board member Sarah Jensen seconded. The voice vote recorded yes from Conrad Campos, Kevin Miller, Tom Mills, Valerie Flattes, Ramona Lopez and Sarah Jensen; Catherine Taylor abstained.
The board took the vote after a routine presentation and discussion of the reports during the meeting. Board members had no further amendments on the record. The approval was listed on the agenda as an action item and the motion was recorded in the meeting minutes.
