South Village board asks council to prioritize long‑planned recreational site

Councilors and staff acknowledged the parcel but said the project's scope and timing have changed and that wetland delineations and the parks master plan will affect next steps. City staff said they will follow up with the HOA and consider the site in the parks and open-space master plan.
