By voice vote the Hugo City Council approved five consent-agenda items including the claims roster, the street capital improvement plan, a resolution deferring a special assessment for D Davis/Be There Incorporated, a variance for 127,570 Homestead Drive North, and an encroachment agreement for 4803 163rd Street North.
After the consent vote, staff summarized the items: “With approval of the consent agenda, council did approve all 5 items as presented, including the claims roster,” Bridal said. Council then approved administrative calendar items: scheduling the White Bear Chamber legislative reception as a council meeting this week and scheduling a ribbon-cutting for the new North Environmental Center in Forest Lake hosted by Washington County on Dec. 2 with two facility tours. Staff also confirmed two neighborhood meetings on Nov. 26 in Council Chambers to discuss Beaver Ponds Street improvements and a Duck Pass/Long Lake Estates/Ingersoll Avenue project; times were set for 6:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.
