Applicant Herbert Gears told the commission staff had worked with the team and said they will add landscaping upgrades; he asked the commission to support the change.
Commissioners moved to close the public hearing and approve the request per staff recommendation. The commission recorded a unanimous vote to approve the PD amendment; staff will follow up to ensure the landscaping improvements meet GDC standards.
