The county clerk read a detailed list of purchase orders. Notable entries in the list included an overlay PO to Ellsworth Construction OKC, LLC for $921,327.94, a Fleet Fuels LLC PO for $27,563.52, and a Tank PO to Railroad Yard for $13,500.00.
