The properties identified in the proceedings are 12200 E. Hwy. 11 and 12198 E. Hwy. 11 in Kaw City. The motion to enter executive session and the subsequent motion approving the Consent Order were made and seconded by Commissioner Jason Shanks and Chairman Jeff Kreger, respectively, and recorded as carried with both commissioners voting aye. District Attorney Brian Hermanson was present for legal review and had previously approved the form of other contracts during the meeting. No additional public action on the properties was recorded at the meeting.
