The Independent School District #0640 Board of Education convened a special meeting Feb. 7, 2025 at 7:00 a.m. in the district office conference room. Chairperson Josh Goche called the meeting to order; Superintendent Jon Fulton was present. Board members Dave Eis, Mary Haberman and Robyn Hillesheim were recorded as absent.
Travis Welch moved and Kimberly Frank seconded a motion to adopt the agenda as amended; the motion carried unanimously. Tom Carlson moved and Kimberly Frank seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the regular board meeting on Jan. 27, 2025; that motion also carried unanimously. Chairperson Josh Goche adjourned the special meeting at 7:13 a.m.
