Board retains assessor values and combines Towe parcels, sets altered value at $760,000

The Comanche County Equalization Board voted May 11 to retain assessor valuations for multiple properties owned by David R. Towe and to combine two Stonebridge Estates residential parcels owned by David R. and Mary K. Towe.
Chairman J.P. Richard moved to accept and retain the assessor’s value of $306,663.00 for the commercial property owned by David R. Towe (Towe Rentals LLC) at 2737 NE Euclid Ave, Account No. 160045114, and to accept and retain the assessor’s value of $362,096.00 for the commercial property at 2733 NE Euclid Ave, Account No. 160031358. Both motions were seconded by Dustin Glover and passed with Glover, Richard and Dino Pennello voting aye.
The board also approved a motion by Richard to combine two residential parcels in Stonebridge Estates—Account No. 160098386 (Lot 11C) and Account No. 160078604 (Lot 11A)—held by David R. Towe and Mary K. Towe and alter the assessor’s combined value to $760,000.00. Dustin Glover seconded; the motion carried with all members voting aye.
No public comment was recorded on these items. The board’s recorded actions show unanimous support among the three members present for retaining the assessor values and for the parcel combination and altered assessed value.
