The consent package also included a three-year (2026–2029) facilities and grounds maintenance contract to Duke's Landscape Services totaling $879,996 and a contract award to Greg W. Dobsek Excavating for the 2026 Hickory Spring Creek cleaning project in the amount of $139,900. Separately, the service committee recommended a $49,950 professional services agreement for construction engineering for the Minton Road lift station to be paid with congressionally directed spending. The council voted to approve the consent package by voice vote.
