Students showcase fall events: ASB, clubs, homecoming and FFA plans

Student leaders updated the board on campus activities and plans. "My name is Phoebe Servini, and I am presenting LDS events from past and present events," said the LVES student presenter, who described a backpack donation, bus-evacuation drills and house-system activities. Middle- and high-school ASB leaders described spirit week (Sept. 2226), a homecoming game on Oct. 25 and a homecoming dance on Oct. 26; high-school ASB president Aurora Rotich said student store sales are running in Room F105 and announced a blood drive on Oct. 3.
FFA officers said they will attend regional leadership conferences and a national convention in Indianapolis and listed upcoming contests in October. Trustees congratulated students and praised the presentations as a positive start to the school year.
