Main Street adds Sunday trolley testing and launches downtown passport

Andrew Jones, director of Cultural District/Main Street and Special Events, told the Visit McKinney board the downtown passport program has printed over 1,000 copies and allows visitors to collect stickers at local businesses for prizes and event tickets. Jones also said the trolley service added Sunday as a test day and staff are testing a trolley tracker for QR-code-based arrival estimates; he listed upcoming summer events, including a margarita roll, sidewalk sale, car show and a downtown scavenger hunt, and encouraged board members to attend.
