Council reinstates two properties into Neighborhood Revitalization Program

"They are both current now," staff reported, and the council considered separate motions for each property. A council member moved to reinstate 413 East 14th into the NRP; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote. The council then approved a second motion reinstating 1118 Euclid. Staff noted the program criteria require property taxes to be current and that reinstatement is at the council's discretion.
Councilors discussed administrative pain points in coordinating with Butler County tax processes and suggested program language updates could reduce recurrence of similar cases. No additional conditions were recorded with the reinstatements.
