Consultant Bridal Lendsen noted a 12-foot-wide landscape buffer between the drive aisle and the proposed public road and said clustered plantings could be added near the driveway connection during final design to improve screening while maintaining driveway sightlines.
The applicant emphasized interior courtyards and wider sidewalks to enhance walkability and said some design tradeoffs (e.g., distance from SR 50, building placement) were driven by topography and stormwater requirements. Final landscape and screen planting decisions will be refined in the engineering and landscape review phases.
