Planner Jake Bennett told the commission the applicant was still completing due diligence and staff recommended tabling the item; the commission opened the public hearing, had no public commenters, and then voted to close the hearing and table the item indefinitely. Commissioner Lebo moved to close the hearing and table the item; the motion carried unanimously, 7-0. The item will be renoticed when the applicant is ready to return to P&Z and City Council.
