At its Sept. 12 meeting, the Maple School District Board approved the August MIDA & EOM payrolls totaling $225,209.29 and commercial warrant batches 4–7 totaling $415,799.61. The payroll motion was made by Tyler Rogers and seconded by President Joel Ackerknecht; both motions recorded three ayes and no nays or abstentions.
Superintendent Bryan Easter presented the Unaudited Actuals financial report for 2023–24 via a distributed slide presentation that broke down the district's revenues and expenditures; the board approved the Unaudited Actuals (motion: Ackerknecht; second: Rogers; ayes: 3). The minutes note an outstanding audit item relating to a 2019 project for which district staff continue to provide requested documentation.
Separately, the board adopted Resolution #25-0912B concerning the GANN limit for the district and approved Resolution #25-0912 confirming sufficiency of textbooks for 2024–25; both resolutions were approved unanimously.
